About Counselling

What counselling do I provide?

Psychotherapy is a time to form a trusting relationship, that aims to help you make changes so that you can live life much more fully. Clients come to see me to improve sometimes one or many aspects of their lives. I aim to provide an individual therapeutic approach for each client in a safe environment, where difficulties and obstacles to enjoying life can be overcome. I believe in an interactive style of therapy, where problems and ideas are shared together with new insights and new ways of living explored. In my time as a therapist, I have experienced that many problems can be resolved through caring and effective psychotherapy.
