I am a Individual and couples therapist. My approach synthesises Psychoanalytic, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and Cognitive Behavioral ( CBT) approaches. I tend to work in depth with clients and work with complexity. I have undergone a rigorous UKCP accredited training. This training required me to have 4 years of continuous personal therapy and to undergo extensive groupwork. I have 8 years of clinical training.

I provide counselling for marriage/Relationship counselling, Suicidal feelings, counselling for anxiety and depression. I have extensive training and experience in all of these areas. I have particular interest and experience working with Bordeline Personality Disorder ( Emotionally Unstable Personality disorder) and working with Gay men.
I provide counselling for self-harm, counselling for addictions and provide counselling with children, adults, families and couples in Solihull and Birmingham.
